The Christ Temple International Apostolic University (CTIAU) is a satellite and distance learning institute and accredited university.

Dr. Donnie N. McGriff's vision was to enhance the quality of the school to charter in Southern California to grant certificates, diplomas, and degrees upon qualified candidates who have successfully completed the college requirements for their prescribed programs of study.

The primary purpose of the university is to educate and train ministers, teachers, evangelist, and church workers for service in Christian ministry. The goal of the CTIAU is to provide quality Christian education "For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ."  (Ephesians 4:12,13)
